We offer shipping by United States Parcel Service (USPS) First-Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail as well as United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air to the United States. We also offer shipping by USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International to Canada.
In most cases your order will be shipped the next business day after placing your order, and if applicable, will arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified by the shipping method you selected (however, please see backorder policy below).
All customers who chose to use (and pay for) an expedited shipping option should be aware that your order will generally ship the next business day after it is placed. For example, if you select UPS Next Day Air, and place your order on a Monday, your order will usually ship on Tuesday, and arrive on Wednesday (assuming that Tuesday and Wednesday are both business days). It does not mean that an order placed Monday using UPS Next Day Air will arrive Tuesday. We offer expedited shipping because many of our customers request it, but we apologize in advance as we do not offer refunds or partial credits for customers who choose expedited shipping but are dissatisfied because their order did not ship on the same day on which they placed it.
We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two weeks, we will contact you with details of the backorder or refund the item. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us on our contact page Contact Us or to call us toll-free at 877-845-6300 to ensure your order reaches you as soon as you need it.
For our Canadian customers we do our best to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments so that you are charged the least amount possible for duties and taxes. However, we cannot guarantee that orders with multiple items will ship in one envelope or box.
Shipping to PO Boxes and APO and FPO Boxes
Please note that United Parcel Service (UPS) cannot deliver a package to a PO Box. If you are choosing a UPS shipping method, please be sure to enter a physical street address. Orders being shipped to a military APO or FPO box must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and cannot be shipped via UPS.
Shipping to Canada
We accept orders from Canadian customers and ship our products to Canada. However, our Canadian customers should be aware that shipping to Canada is expensive. In addition, in accordance with United States federal law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
We offer two methods of shipping to Canada, United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Please note that whichever method you choose, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, including additional processing and handling charges imposed by Canada Post or UPS, as well as all duties imposed by Canada Border Services Agency and all applicable goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST).
Duties, taxes and additional processing and handling charges will be collected from you by the carrier at the time of delivery on a C.O.D. basis – they will be extra and above what we charge you for your order, and in many cases can be quite expensive. We do not know at the time of order how much those additional processing and handling charges, taxes and/or duties will cost. Jubilee Creative is not accountable for any of these charges, taxes or duties; they are solely your responsibility and acceptance of this is implied when you place an order with us. If for any reason those charges are not paid by you when you receive the order, we will bill back those charges back to you using the same method of payment with which your original order was paid. Furthermore, if you refuse delivery of the package on the grounds that the C.O.D. charges are too expensive, we will issue a refund for the returned products upon receipt at our warehouse equal to their cost, but will not issue a refund of your shipping and handling charges.
Our first method of shipping to Canada is via United States Postal Service (USPS) USPS Priority Mail International (which means your package will be transferred to Canada Post when it reaches the border for delivery to you). Canada Post will collect from you at the time of delivery on a C.O.D. basis all duties imposed by Canada Border Services Agency and all applicable goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST). You should note that only very limited package tracking is available for this class of service, and that it can be slower than UPS, typically taking between 7 - 10 working days from the date of shipment to arrive, and sometimes longer (there is no guarantee). We offer this USPS shipping methods because it is less expensive than UPS Standard to Canada (factoring in the additional $10 brokerage charge assessed by UPS), but the trade off is that it requires more time and the tracking is not as good. If you select this method, you do so at your own risk - please do not ask us to reship your package even if it does not arrive within the rough 7 – 10 business day timeframe provided by USPS. Our second method of shipping is via USPS Express Mail International, which is exactly the same as USPS Priority Mail International except that it typically arrives within 4 - 6 business days. Shipping via this method is also at your own risk. If a parcel sent by USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International has still has not arrived with one month of the date of posting, we will work with you to make postal service inquiries and indemnity claims of USPS and once we have received the applicable indemnity, we will reship your package to you.
